Billy first helped our son find a house. We came to trust his opinion, and he was very helpful when we needed to find inspectors and contractors. He was, and is, extremely responsive and always helpful. We liked him so much that we used him to sell our own house when my husband’s job moved us out of state. Billy went above and beyond to market our house in an extremely difficult situation. He’s a data-driven person, which my husband and I both appreciated. He did a great job. We were very lucky!
