Waldorf is one of the larger residential and commercial centers in Southern Maryland. Buyers have access to established neighborhoods, newer communities, shopping along the Route 301 corridor, parks, restaurants and routes leading toward Washington, D.C., Prince George's County and other parts of Charles County.
