I'm Billy Rabbitt, the Broker and Owner of The Southside Group Real Estate. I am an experienced Sales and Marketing Professional with a strong passion for helping individuals and families find their dream homes and assisting sellers as they move forward on their next adventure in life. With a background in Real Estate, primarily serving the residential and commercial markets, I have built a successful career by combining strategic market planning, dedication to excellence in sales, and expertise in developing and leading agents. My focus is on providing our team with the best tools and knowledge to help guide our community in buying or selling a home.

 

As a proud graduate of the University of Maryland University College with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Sales, I’ve gained the knowledge and expertise to navigate the intricacies of the real estate market. My experience has led me to become a top agent in the DC Metro Area, specializing in the Southern Maryland Marketplace.

 

We established our team (The Rabbitt Team) in St. Mary’s County in 2021 with a few agents. As we grew our brand, we took on the challenge of making a greater impact, and in 2024, we established our own brokerage. Our goal is to change the Southern Maryland real estate market by delivering the best service to our clients every day, no matter the situation or challenge.
